Highway Access

San Antonio is easy to get to via a number of highways and major interstate freeways.  From the Dallas / Fort Worth area, IH-35 is the primary interstate.  IH-35 runs through San Antonio and goes all the way to Laredo Texas.  Visitors from the Houston area come to San Antonio via IH-10 which runs through San Antonio, northwest through the Texas hill country to El Paso and eventually to California.  People driving to San Antonio from the Corpus Christi and coastal bend regions enter San Antonio on IH-37 from the south.
